This was a really great idea. I didnt utilize the Craisins. What I did was take a can of whole cranberry sauce and mashed with with a tater masher, mixed information technology with the pinapple so poured it over the pork. Information technology was splendid. The tin can of cranberry sauce is alot cheaper too and I think the craisins wouldnt accept been every bit much flavour. Thanks for the recipe!
02/12/2006
Excellent! I made a number of changes though. Used pineapple tidbits. Reduced the cranberries to virtually half. Reduced the seasoned salt to just a pinch. Added half a large onion, chopped. Added one-half a cup of teriyaki marinade. Added about a tablespoon of dried minced garlic. Added nigh a quarter teaspoon of stale thyme. And a pinch each of cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Served over rice. I will definitely be making this once more.

Folks- really? Why review a recipe you didn't actually make according to the ingredients and directions provided - and decided to just brand up your ain recipe? Jeesh. However - I agree this is a practiced "starter"- something you lot can tweak to make your ain. But if you're adding x different ingredients, it's non Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast, it'south Your Teriyaki Onion Ginger Brindled Pineapple Pork Roast!!!!

I really liked this recipe and so did my family and my guests. I did apply a variation. I read all of the reviews and went from in that location. I chopped a yellow onion and put that on the bottom of the crock pot, put thyme, pepper and rosemary on a 3 lb pork tenderloin and then topped it with terriyaki sauce. I put in a generous corporeality and and then added the pineapple and cranberries. I did not use common salt since I was using terriyaki and that is salty. It was nifty - moist and had lots of nice flavor. The all-time matter was that it was very, very easy!

I requite this a guarded 4 stars because I would not apply a roast for this recipe again. I will, nevertheless, utilize this recipe again for pork chops, small pork loin, or chicken breasts instead. The rest of the recipe is groovy - a nice, light fruit flavor (I used spicy seasoning salt)....simply there is not enough liquid to embrace the entire roast - so if you practice utilise a roast - turn information technology over halfway through, then the top half doesn't dry out. Again - a very squeamish season. If you lot are looking for more spice - you might have to add together a splash of teryaki or soy sauce. Bang-up way to go fruit into a meal!

Information technology was really, really good. I did non have dried cranberries so I used a can of whole cranberries juice and all. I also added one sweet onion. Next time I will also put light-green peppers in it and serve it over rice.
12/14/2006
I did this a niggling differently. I pierced the meat and sprinkled it with season salt, garlic powder, black pepper and onion powder. I then put meat on top of sliced onions in a roaster and poured the cranberry/pineapple mixture over it. I used whole cranberry sauce. I broiled covered at 350 for 1 one/2 hours or till the temp was 155 and then let sit down for 15 mins before slicing. Delish! Tender and corking with mashed potatoes and seasoned green beans.
04/30/2006
Slap-up recipe! If you, similar me, don't take enough pineapple follow recommendations of others: add teriyaki marinade/sauce. I also added onions (on the bottom---I love the flavor they add). Nosotros will do this one again and again! Yummy.
04/09/2006
Delicious...I did modify it a flake. I had a smaller pork loin roast xiii/4 lbs, cooked on high for 4 hours. I put some sliced vadalia onions on bottom and drizzled some sweet catalina dressing over the onions, pork on acme, lots of pepper and a picayune salt, pineapple on superlative...the concluding 30 minutes i put some sliced light-green peppers on top with a little more salt. I didn't have whatsoever cranberries this time. Moist, tender, very good!!!! Cheers for sharing :)

Made with boston butt roast. Sliced onion on bottom and seasoned meat with a pinch of thyme and garlic pulverization.Added can of pineapple and juice, soy sauce, 1/2 amt. craisins and sprinkled chocolate-brown sugar over all.Cooked 2 hours on high and 1 60 minutes on low. Very moist and tasty roast. Strained the juices and thickened to make gravy for rice. A good basic recipe that tin can be tweaked to your liking.
08/07/2006
Added 1/ii cup terkayki, and a flake of fresh chopped rosemary and thyme. Used can of whole cranberries instead. Also used cheaper pork roast with bone and removed bone merely before serving. Guest raved about the gustation. Keeper
12/06/2009
Great! I also used 1 can of cranberry sauce, that I pureed and added to the tin of pineapple chunks. I cooked it on high for four hrs. Information technology was amazing and I volition be making this again soon! Thanks for the recipe.
09/09/2008
Great with modifications suggested by other readers. I layered the bottom with onions, then placed 2 pork tenderloins down and seasoned them with thyme, pepper, a small amount of seasoned table salt, and cayenne pepper. I then poured in some teriayaki sauce, a tin can of diced pineapples with juice, and a can of whole cranberry sauce (mushed first). I topped it off with a footling chicken broth to make sure the meat was covered. Then covered and put on depression for 8+ hours. The pork was so incredibly flavorful and tender. Barely needed a knife to cut it! Would def. recommend with moderations above. Thanks to users who experimented!

This is 1 of the best things that has ever come out of my crockpot! I used a pork tenderloin that already comes marinated in teriyaki sauce. I cut upwardly a sweet onion for the lesser of the pot, and so poured in the can of pineapple chunks and a tin of whole cranberry sauce. This cooked on low for about ten hours because I was at work at all day. Information technology was perfect...inappreciably any leftovers!!!
06/08/2010
I tried this and it was admittedly wonderful and tender. I used a pork shoulder and seasoned it all over with the nuts: Sazon, Minced Garlic, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Dry Rosemary, and Oregeno. I mashed together ane/two can of Jellied Cranberry Sauce (instead of Craisins), 20 oz tin can of pineapple chunks and i/2 cup teriyaki sauce. I also used 2 medium onions and ane Green & Ruby Pepper. I layered the bottom of the slow cooker first with sliced onions (1) , greenish (1/2) & scarlet (i/2) bell pepper slices. I placed the shoulder on pinnacle and then placed remaining Onions/Peppers slices. I poured the Cranberry mixture over the shoulder and cooked on a high setting for 4 hours. Simply Succulent.
04/14/2009
Anybody enjoyed this the commencement night. The meat was very tender, the taste "unlike, simply good." No one liked it when I served information technology as leftovers. They ate the sides I served -- mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn, only put their forks down later one bite of the leftover meat & sauce. I wound up throwing it out which is not something I'k used to, nor do I like doing. I won't be making it again unless I have enough people here to finish it the kickoff dark.
08/05/2008
My married man, 3 yr one-time and 1 year sometime honey this recipe! I love how unproblematic it is to throw in the crockpot before work! I didn't alter a thing...tastes great!
11/13/2010
Wow this was surprisingly wonderful for such uncomplicated ingredients. I did add 1/2 c teriyaki sauce and garlic cloves. Pork was very tender and moist. I cut the pork roast in several large chunks so the acid from the pineapple juice could penetrate the meat fully. Served with mashed red potatoes and broccoli for a elementary, easy, and tasty meal. My 15 yr old son RAVED about information technology and my non-and then-pork-loving husband liked it. Will definitely brand again and employ chicken besides.
08/28/2010
This is a wonderful recipe and and so adaptable , to additions of y'all ain choosing. I fabricated it for visiting family, and they loved it! I added soy sauce, a little brown sugar and cider vinegar the next day, reheated and voila! We had sweet & sour pork over rice. The pineapple juice is just the right base for this.
01/26/2011
I thought this was succulent and very like shooting fish in a barrel to make.
xi/22/2009
This is the best and easiest recipe to do. If your not a table salt lover than this is the recope for yous. I made this as directed except I used lawrys flavor salt and garlic salt. I rolled the pork in the salt mixture. And then, I poked holes throughout pork roast. I set the cooker to medium and cooked it for 6 hrs. This roast came out wonderfully seasoned, juicy, delicious and flavour lightly. I would make this again. My family loved. Teresa
04/18/2008
Very like shooting fish in a barrel and tasty! I used a 1/4 soy sauce and fresh tyme and rosemary. When roast was done I took out the meat, pineapple and cranberries with slotted spoon and thickened juice into a gravy with cornstarch/water mix. Also used crushed pineapple cuz its all I had. Will make again!
10/14/2010
I seared the roast first, so followed the rest of the instructions, and it turned out And so yummy! Actually fruity, which I loved. My three year former loved it too!
eleven/30/2010
I only had a larger bone-in roast, so I adjusted the cooking time accordingly. This pork was so adept it almost melted in my rima oris. We had leftovers that made excellent pulled pork sandwiches. I also used some of the leftovers to make stuffed pastry rolls as appetizers for a dinner. Yum!
03/31/2011
succulent. i used pork shoulder cause my subcontract didn't accept roast and 2/three of a fresh cut pineapple and added well-nigh 2 cups of water.
03/27/2010
This recipe has got to exist the best kept secret out there. With this kind season it is just "sick" how easy it is to brand. Nosotros have even used equal weight of pork chops and yep still AWESOME.
01/16/2012
VERY Good DISH! My mom only made this (I'yard writing this from her account) and boy, it was delicious. I'm your average hungry 16-yr-old teen, and my sister and I really enjoyed this. Information technology'south got tons of flavor, its very tender, and all i tin say is if you have kids, they will certainly like this! Likewise, it was pretty like shooting fish in a barrel for my mom to make, so if you're i of those high-maintanance moms out there, this is the dish for you!
09/03/2008
I poured a cup of brewed coffee onto this. It turned out really good..
12/13/2009
I used this recipe equally a base and added my own special touch. Starting time I browned off my pork roast in a petty olive oil and butter. I took out the roast and added 1 chopped onion, stirred them effectually a few minutes then added 1 can of pineapple chunks and stirred to get the goodies off the lesser of pan. I then dumped mixture in crock pot on top of roast. I added about three/iv cup of soy sauce, a nuance of apple tree cider vinegar, and juice of ane/2 lemon, and just threw the lemon half in the pot. seasoned with tsp. garlic and onion powder. I did not add cranberries at all, cooked on low for 7 hours. It was absolutly delicious. I was hoping it would not be too sweet, and information technology wasn't. The pineapple was still kind of crunchy, oh I forgot I added 3 carrots, chopped in chunks to the mix. I will definately utilize this recipe many times. Served over rice. This is my first review. I was so impressed with the results I just had to share.
08/09/2010
I take made this twice now, once using whole cranberry sauce as I didn't take the dried, and it was really good. This night I made with the dried, only nosotros are cut back on salt then I stuck some cloves in it and put in some cinnamon and so added a tablespoon chocolate-brown saccharide/Splenda alloy and information technology was astonishing! I think information technology'due south going to exist a staple from now on. Made rice and light-green beans with information technology and needed no desert. The sauce was bang-up over the rice likewise. My husband cleaned his plate in record fourth dimension. Information technology was better than a glazed ham even.
09/21/2011
I give it 4 stars but because I added a little to it. I didn't put in the cranberries..I didn't take any, but I added near a 1/iv bottle of honey hoisin stir fry sauce. Kept everything else the same, merely used chops instead of roast. If yous use a roast I would recommend more honey hoisin sauce. Information technology turned out astonishing! Even the kids loved it.
02/05/2012
I put onions in the bottom just I don't think they were needed. This dish is neat. I did cut my roast into one inch chunks. Served o er brown rice. This is a keeper and then easy. I cooked on high for iv hours.
02/11/2011
This was a winner. My husband went back for thirds! I did follow other reviewers' comments and used a can of whole cranberry sauce instead of dried cranberries. With the pineapple, the cranberry sauce combined for a nice sauce. I served it over rice.
12/12/2009
This was and so easy, I couldn't believe it would turn out so bully. I followed some of the other suggestions, ie; I sliced a sweet onion & put information technology in first, used cranberry sauce instead of dried cranberries, & sprinkled the pork with thyme, rosmary & fresh ground pepper. Easy enough for during the week, fancy enough for comapany.
01/21/2012
My family unit loves this recipe, and I love how easy it is! I've washed information technology with and without the cranberries, and I don't actually notice a difference. Lately I've just been leaving them out because I don't unremarkably have them onhand. Delicious either way though!
02/06/2005
I fabricated this pretty much to the recipe directions except reduced cranberries to one C (looked like more than enough to me) and used 8oz. tin of crushed pineapple and 8oz. can of chunk pineapple because that'south what I had on mitt. About two hours before serving, I mixed in cornstarch/water to thicken the sauce a bit, thinking it might make a prissy glaze and gravy for rice. This worked well. I actually wanted to love this recipe only it was simply and then-and then, not too inspiring. I won't be making this one again, but if I did, I'd brand sure to add more salt.
09/06/2007
WHOOEEE! My married man is NOT a meat eater but can't go on his akhands off of the leftovers--if there are whatever. Since he can't handle fat of any kind, I use pork tenderloin. Every bit others mentioned, I slice a Vadalia onion for nether the roast, use a can of whole cranberry sauce and tweak it with teriyaki sauce. The ease of preparation makes this one a 6 star.
02/28/2011
Great, family-friendly, Like shooting fish in a barrel !! outset used Lawry'due south 30 minute teriaki pineapple marinate....also I did mine with carrots, - delish cooked with pineapple.. sort of sweet candied.. 2 lg slices of onion, and added pea pods nearly the end and served over rice
09/17/2011
I had high hopes for this recipe. I was disappointed. Followed the directions exactly...the meat was tender but somewhat dry out and flavorless. The pineapple and cranberry sauce was skilful (added a little cornstarch to thicken) but nothing special. If I make it again, I would cut the pork into cubes before adding to the crockpot to see if that would increase the flavor.
05/10/2008
Brilliant in it's simplicity. There is a lot of juice at the end - I discarded most and used around cup total for gravy by processing the juices with a piffling of the pineapple and cranberry - five tasty! I also served a small side dish of strained pineapple and cranberry (like a chutney almost). Rave reviews from everyone - very sticky and sweet and perfect in sandwiches the side by side day. Will absolutely make again
10/06/2010
I followed this recipe exactly; what a winner! My family loved information technology. I used a 3.five pound Boston butt roast and it was fall-apart tender later on ix hours on low. I served the fruited juices in a bowl and we spooned it over the meat. Doesn't get any easier than this.
eleven/20/2006
Start time cooked pork in crock pot and would practise it again with this recipe. Used Crushed pineapple worked out great!!
05/10/2008
I idea this was good but not great. I had to add together a fleck of water halfway through considering it looked similar information technology was getting overcooked (which equals dry out in the wearisome cooker). I served it over couscous (which I made with orange juice to blend flavors with the pork) and a side of broccoli. It went well together, but side by side fourth dimension I think I'll tweak the recipe.
11/09/2009
I made this with no modifications except whole cranberries instead of craisins. Couldn't actually detect a fruity hint at all on this. Turned out very tender though!
12/29/2005
I was disappointed in this recipe- I followed suggestions of others to add onion, teriyaki sauce and some seasonings. The roast was very bland tasting. I won't make this recipe again.
10/06/2010
Followed others suggestions and added a bit of teriyaki sauce (yoshida'due south) and some onion on the lesser but otherwise followed directions. Served my family and inlaws and they rated information technology 5 stars, my FIL rated it 'iii platefuls' Will definately make it over again.
02/23/2011
I made this recipe as is.. it was absolutely delicious! the unabridged family loved information technology .. and it even looked super pretty when I pulled information technology out of the crockpot with all the pineapples and cranberries stuck to the roast.
03/06/2011
i took advice from some other reviews and used some onion and a tin can of whole cranberries it was delicious even my 7yr old loved it!
09/17/2010
I fabricated this dish for my family and it was a hit. I changed it up of class, by removing the cranberries and seasoning it with cinnamon, allspice, and garlic instead. I also used crushed pinneapple instead of chunked. Succulent!!
01/thirty/2010
Dandy sense of taste, texture and wonderful for leftovers.
03/26/2011
was looking for a different recipe for a pork roast. afterwards reading the reviews, decided to try this recipe. I put in a can of cranberries and dried cranberries. still seems similar it's missing something, but it was very good. I did use cold water and cornstarch to thicken the juice left in crockpot to put over the rice and pork roast. the family loved information technology!
11/01/2011
'autumn apart' tender, but I didn't think the flavor was that great. I'd give it a B
12/19/2009
I fabricated it exactly every bit the recipe was written and it turned out very moist and with great flavor! My husband couldn't end saying "mmmm" with each seize with teeth. I just dumped it all in the crock pot and that was it. This will be great to serve to visitor.
xi/26/2010
Did not similar at all. The cranberry and pineapple didnot get weel at all together.
09/29/2011
and so easy and and so delicious!
01/10/2011
Dear this recipe! Very easy and leftovers are crawly!
11/24/2008
Admittedly succulent. One of my favorite ways to brand pork tenderloin.
07/21/2010
I've fabricated this twice and both times take idea "WOW! This is really good". And so quick and easy.
03/x/2010
Pretty good. I would brand this again. I seasoned the pork with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Subsequently adding the pineapple and cranberries I sprinkled brownish carbohydrate similar others suggested. Served it with white rice and it was really tasty.
xi/20/2010
This was fantastic! Super like shooting fish in a barrel to make, and full of delicious flavors. My wife, who's not really into pineapple actually loved this as well. I added a xanthous onion into the mix and that worked well. Thanks!
08/02/2011
Oh Wow! What a surprise this recipe was! 3 min prep in the kitchen & outta in that location for 4 hours (on high)! Replaced fresh cranberries with one can of whole cranberry sauce, added a few slices of jalapeño peppers, Served it on bed of rice with tossed salad & viola! Dinner was served & throughly enjoyed... A real keeper.
09/29/2010
This is going in my recipe box. I have iii kids (v, 7, & 9) and all ate like information technology was the best meal always. I did add ane/2 a chopped purple onion, extra dried cranberries and cooked 2 hrs on high and 2 hrs on depression. I served w/ asiago cheese bread. I will be doing this recipe once more presently. And then simple and the flavors meld wonderfully!!
12/26/2009
Very tasty and interesting blend of flavors. I left out the seasoned salt and added a sweetness onoin chopped. Crushed pineapple is what I had on hand then I used it, also added 1/4 loving cup of Teryaki sauce to the mix and marinated it 24 hrs. then cooked every thing in a bag. Wonderful Christmas Dinner !!
03/22/2011
My hubby and I didn't like this ane. It stayed in the slow cooker for the perfect amount of fourth dimension and information technology was dry out. We constitute a dissimilar recipe we like better.
01/20/2011
I took everyone's advice and used onions and canned cranberries. The family loved it. My Married man said : "I've never had pineapple with a roast before... I think I like it" :) Thank you!!
11/09/2010
I followed the suggestions and added Onion...Not something I will brand again.
x/03/2010
Followed another reviewer's advice and added 1/two loving cup of teriyaki sauce (I use depression sodium). Did not add extra common salt, replacing it with ginger. This was succulent!
01/03/2011
Super easy and was smashing over rice
11/06/2010
made information technology a number of times we only love it i like that information technology takes simple ingredient and is like shooting fish in a barrel to make
ten/20/2008
This definitely gets five stars for piece of cake. I followed other reviewers suggestions and added 1 sliced onion on the bottom of the crock pot and placed my roast on top of it. I used a os-in 3 1/2 lb pork roast and poured pineapple tidbits and whole cranberry sauce over the top. I added a pinch of garlic powder to the roast along with the salt & pepper. I also added about 1/4c. teriyaki marinade, simply it didn't add much flavor and I don't think it needed it. Pork brutal off the bone and was very tasty. Great served over rice. Add a vegetable or salad & yous've got a great repast.
09/27/2010
I institute this way too sweet and the cranberries added nothing.
04/16/2011
Very skilful. Followed the recipe exactly.
11/26/2013
Winner, winner, pork dinner. What did this take me, perhaps 5 minutes to gear up before leaving for work? And the season was amazing! Yes, fifty-fifty my 7 year old devoured this dinner. This is going to be a permanent staple in our recipe box.
12/04/2008
I followed the recipe exactly as written. I don't know if it's my slow cooker, simply the roast turned out tough and extremely stale out. I won't try once again.
11/06/2010
My dinner guests didn't really care for this. Pork for good merely pineapple was tasteless. Not certain I would make again.
06/11/2006
This is so piece of cake to make and so good.
12/15/2009
Everyone enjoyed this recipe, fifty-fifty the ones who don't fancy pork! I served information technology with rice, a green bean casserole, and salad. Here'south what I did: I chopped upward ane large onion and 2 cloves of garlic and made that the bed for the pork to lay on. And so I covered the 3 lb pork roast with thyme, rosemary, pepper, and a compression each of cinnamon and cayenne pepper on both sides. Next came the cranberry and pineapple sauce mix (mashed). And last I topped it with about i/ii loving cup terriyaki sauce. The terriyaki was crucial in balancing the flavors. I broiled covered at 350 for 1 one/ii hours and let cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
x/21/2006
Sorry simply this was just tasteless I had to add together alot to make it something and still was not great.
03/10/2010
This was too good. Can't expect until this night for the leftovers. The only change I made was to add !/2 loving cup of teriyaki sauce. My wife was very pleased with me. Thanks for that.
01/08/2011
While information technology was very juicy, it lacked flavor.
01/16/2010
This was excellent. My boyfriend and I LOVED it. We agree that it's a keeper, both because information technology's piece of cake and it tastes good. I followed some of the previous commenter'southward advice: 1. I used canned whole cranberry sauce, which I first blended in a food processor. 2 I used a iii i/2 lb pork roast. three. I sprinkled the meat with thyme, garlic powder, dried onions, onion common salt, pepper, soy sauce, and brown sugar. 4. I cooked the roast on low for 2 hours and high for 2 hours, flipping it over once.
01/31/2009
This was the best pork roast I have ever had. I used a shoulder boneless pork roast.Just different think I added was some chocolate-brown sugar. This is a KEEPER!!!!!!
03/09/2011
I followed the recipe exactly but found information technology to be a scrap dry. I will try using a tin can of cranberry sauce in place of the dried cranberries next fourth dimension.
02/28/2010
This turned out really well. We used nigh 6 pounds of pork shoulder, so let information technology cook about 8 hours (8 1/2 or 9 would have been better). We also used crushed pineapple instead of chunks (husband isn't a big fan of warm fruit chunks and meat together). Defatted and thickened the resultant juices with cornstarch slurry. I was disappointed that the cranberry flavor didn't come out more, merely for a iii-ingredient dish (plus seasonings) I thought it was really good. We may try a combo of fresh or frozen and stale cranberries next time. The meat was very flavorful (says the teenaged boy) and it was a tossup as to whether we liked the meat better with or without the gravy. We volition definitely make this again -- information technology's a great weeknight meal!
12/20/2009
It was tender but bland.
02/26/2010
This is at home in my ho-hum cooker equally we speak. I cannot wait to try it. I zested an unabridged orange and rubbed information technology all over the roast, and squeezed the juice in with it besides. I likewise used a can of whole cranberry sauce in stead of stale cranberries. I call up it's going to be very good! I volition post pictures of my success later!
09/04/2008
I made this recipe as written, and it was great. Information technology was very moist; no need to add together whatever extra moisture. I used pineapple chunks in pineapple juice. As long as you lot follow the recipe and don't drain the pineapples, there should be plenty of juice. The meat was moist and sweet.
12/24/2009
I of the best pork roast recipes always! Fall-apart tender, cook-in-your-mouth juicy! Thanks! This ane's a keeper!
02/25/2005
Very tasty roast! Merely affair I'd have washed differently was decrease the corporeality of cranberries or used existent. Otherwise, very proficient.
08/22/2010
This was only my second time using the irksome cooker and this recipe was *GREAT*. I couldn't find a roast that was exactly 3 pounds and so I used two >2 pound roasts. I too used a can of whole cranberry sauce, and during the last fifteen minutes I added in a couple of tablespoons of brown carbohydrate and a splash of soy sauce. I think those terminal touches really helped boost the flavour. I attempted to remove the meat twenty minutes before it was done to slice it upwards a footling but it was already so tender it was falling apart. Delicious! And I can totally understand why folks use leftovers with some BBQ sauce for sandwiches. My folks went to my sister'southward for dinner this night but I'm going to make them taste this when they get dorsum! :)
05/17/2005
ME AND MY Married woman LOVED IT. Fabricated IT AND WENT TO Work, CAME HOME AND SMELLED THE ROAST COOKING AND MADE POTATOES AND Staff of life. I REALLY LOVED Information technology
12/17/2009
sliced and placed over orzo,
09/08/2008
This was really skillful! I had to use canned cranberry not the whole ones but the sauce or jelly as did not have the dried cranberrys. Other than that I followed the recipie as stated. It did non need anything else! It was very practiced served over rice! I volition be making this once again!
04/07/2009
A wonderful recipe. I pretty much followed information technology closely, except that I had no seasoned salt, so I used plain salt, garlic powder, and crushed rosemary. When I got home from work, I sliced the perfectly cooked pork and let it cook a flake more than in the sauce (which I had thickened with a chip of cornstarch)while I made rice and a salad. Very, very good.
01/05/2010
Crawly recipe. I did add Lawry'southward Hawaiian marinade instead of the teriyaki sauce.
12/03/2008
I don't like pork, just I did similar this. Very tender and good flavor. I misread the pineapple label at the store and bought crushed, but that worked just fine.
02/26/2011
I didn't take cranberries but this was only as proficient. I will definitely apply them side by side time to endeavor it out. Even without the berries- this recipe was dissimilar and delicious. A existent winner with picky kids! Thank you!
04/x/2007
Yes, this is a very easy recipe but the pineapple and cranberries are too keen a quanity and 7 hours is way likewise long. I cooked it for about v hours and information technology was too long. Will non endeavor again on this one--at that place are too many good ones out in that location.
06/29/2005
This was pretty good but a little bland. I ended up putting information technology over rice mixed with soy sauce, and that helped kick it up a little. Still, it makes for not bad leftovers and was very satisfying. Also, I used boneless pork chops considering they were on sale, and cooked for nigh nine hours... Still, it turned out well. Possibly some brown saccharide and hot sauce next fourth dimension.
